Residential

A reliable residential battery system that sells itself, requires minimal after-service, and keeps your customers satisfied. Based on proven CRRC technology, supplied and supported by Amperix.

Do you recognize this?

Your customers with solar panels want to get more out of their installation, but a battery has until now felt too expensive or too complex.

You're looking for a home battery you can install without hassle and don't need to think about again afterwards.

The suppliers you currently use offer little margin, slow delivery, or poor support when something goes wrong.

You want to offer a complete energy package — solar panels, inverter, and battery — from one reliable partner.

Introducing the residential battery system

The CRRC iONE is a compact home battery that stores the energy solar panels generate during the day. In the evening and at night, residents use that energy at home instead of buying expensive electricity from the grid. In the event of a power outage, the system switches over automatically, within a fraction of a second.

For you as an installer or reseller, this means: a system you can install in a single day, that the customer understands, and that pays for itself. Available in single-phase and three-phase versions, from 8 to 28 kWh. With a 10-year battery warranty and remote monitoring via an app.

Amperix supplies from within the Benelux, short lines, fast delivery, and a fixed point of contact whenever you need something.

Less after-service, better margins

More than 8,000 charge cycles and remote monitoring via app. Customers can check the status of their system themselves:  fewer questions, fewer service visits, more time for new installations.

Quick to install, quick to move on

The system is delivered ready to go and can typically be installed in a single day. No complex commissioning, no long wait times. That keeps your schedule tight.

A product customers recommend

Ten years of warranty, quiet operation, and automatic backup power on grid failure. Customers are satisfied and they spread the word. That brings you new projects.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the iONE work with the inverters I already use?
The iONE is compatible with the most commonly used inverters on the market. Contact Amperix to verify whether your specific combination is supported.
What if there’s a problem at a customer’s site?
You are the point of contact for your customer. Remote monitoring flags most issues before the customer is even aware of them. If someone does need to visit? You handle that — Amperix supports you with spare parts and warranty processing.
Can I combine the iONE with my own brand of solar panels and inverter as a complete package?
Yes. Many of our resellers offer the iONE as part of a complete energy package. Amperix is happy to think along with you on the best combination and supports you during the sales process.
