For which systems does Amperix provide service?
Amperix provides service for all CRRC battery systems and DC charging infrastructure supplied through us. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific system.
What is Amperix's role with resellers and utility projects?
Amperix works in principle always through resellers. We supply products, technical advice, and warranty service to the reseller, who handles installation and service to the end client. For large-scale utility projects this sometimes differs: there, Amperix is actively involved as a technical partner in the project team, from design through to commissioning. The distinction lies in project size and complexity, when in doubt, we’re happy to think along about the right approach.
Does Amperix offer service contracts?
Yes. For utility projects we offer maintenance contracts with fixed response times, remote monitoring, and support for expansions. For resellers we provide warranty service and fast delivery of spare parts.
